Senior Manager Client Services

Job Summary

Leading the execution of large-scale programs and projects, the full-time Senior Manager Client Services will drive client satisfaction and business growth while managing day-to-day operations for both internal and external clients in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop short-term strategic plans to exceed client goals and deliver on company priorities
• Provide support for program management, proposal development, research projects, and budget tracking
• Train, coach, and supervise direct reports while setting operational goals and delegating tasks

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
• 3-5 years of experience in consumer products, brand, or agency sales
• Experience in event execution and/or sales preferred
• Strong negotiation, project management, and research skills
• Creative thinker and self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
