Senior Manager, Clinical Applications

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Applications will oversee EHR integrations, clinical data feed management, and optimization efforts remotely, ensuring accurate and complete clinical data for use cases across the ACO partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Applications Specialists to enhance practice engagement and clinical data enablement
• Serve as the subject matter expert for EHR systems, managing complex issue resolution and establishing standards for escalation
• Collaborate with internal teams to align EHR optimization efforts with value-based care program goals and quality reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare data integration, EHR operations, or clinical application management
• Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical workflows and drive EHR optimization
• Hands-on experience with EHR integrations and troubleshooting data quality issues
• Prior people management or team lead experience required
