Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager Clinical Biomarkers, this full-time hybrid position will be responsible for implementing clinical biomarker strategies for gene-edited allogeneic cell therapy programs, particularly focusing on Multiple Myeloma, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate crucial biomarker insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development and execution of clinical biomarker plans aligned with the clinical development strategy
- Oversee biomarker-related activities across all phases of clinical trials, ensuring alignment with study objectives and timelines
- Organize and analyze clinical biomarker data, effectively communicating findings at research and senior management meetings
Required qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Oncology/Immunology or related field with 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in biomarkers or translational medicine
- Proven ability to develop and execute biomarker plans aligned with clinical development goals
- Demonstrated experience in leading clinical biomarker components of phase I-III trials in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and integrate biomarker and clinical data for decision-making
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to biomarker development in cell therapy clinical trials
