Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, particularly with providers or clinical operations
• Experience working with provider organizations, preferably in oncology or specialty care
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage operational programs
• Strong understanding of provider workflows and clinical practice operations
• Data-driven approach to performance measurement and outcome improvement
