Senior Manager, Clinical Data Engineering

Job Summary

Responsible for operating and continuously improving end-to-end clinical data pipelines, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Data Engineering will work remotely to build scalable ingestion and transformation capabilities while ensuring reliable delivery of clinical data products.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain end-to-end clinical data pipelines across cloud-based environments, ensuring stable operations
• Drive operational excellence through monitoring, incident management, and root-cause analysis
• Build and scale cloud ETL/ELT capabilities for efficient data ingestion and transformation

Required qualifications

• BS/BA (or equivalent) with 6+ years in data engineering and multi-source data integration, preferably in clinical/biopharma
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and quality controls
• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in building production pipelines
• Knowledge of CDISC, CDASH, and SDTM standards preferred
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments with a focus on data integrity controls
