Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations

Job Summary

Leading teams responsible for onboarding and integrating clinical, financial, and revenue cycle data, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Data Operations will oversee healthcare data implementation programs and ensure successful deployment of data solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop managers and data operations professionals for client data onboarding and implementation delivery
• Oversee medium- to large-scale healthcare data implementation programs across multiple clients and products
• Drive successful onboarding and support of various healthcare data into R1 platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience with healthcare data, technology, analytics, or related operations
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange standards
• Proven ability to manage complex implementation programs and cross-functional relationships
