Senior Manager, Clinical Informatics

Job Summary

Acting as clinical oversight for the Patient Engagement and Recruitment product suite, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Informatics will leverage healthcare data analytics to extract insights from real-world data sources, ensuring alignment with research and regulatory objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends and patient cohorts supporting Life Sciences clients
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop database queries and processing workflows
• Monitor data quality issues to ensure the integrity of insights and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical care setting with hands-on use of EHR systems
• Experience querying large healthcare databases, including claims and EHR data
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and drug development lifecycle
• Familiarity with epidemiological study design and real-world evidence methodologies
