A company is looking for a Senior Manager, AI Clinical Operations - Responsive Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the workflows and ownership models for centralized clinical services, translating clinical intent into scalable, AI-supported processes
• Establish protocols for collaboration between clinicians and AI systems, ensuring clear escalation paths and quality oversight
• Define and track KPIs to drive performance improvements across access, resolution time, and automation coverage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare, or product operations with a proven track record of measurable outcomes
• Experience in scaling operational systems or leading significant organizational transformations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and use data for decision-making
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements
• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and triage/assignment frameworks
