Job Summary
To support clinical operations and AI strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Operations will manage the roadmap for Zendesk and related tools, ensuring service teams have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional care experiences while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the roadmap for Zendesk and related tooling across clinical and support teams
- Evaluate and prioritize AI agent opportunities in partnership with the Lead Zendesk Administrator
- Serve as the primary advocate for clinical and member service teams in product and engineering planning cycles
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
- 5-7 years of experience in operations strategy or program management, preferably in healthcare or health-tech
- Demonstrated experience with Zendesk or comparable support platforms
- Familiarity with AI and automation capabilities within support platforms
- Experience working alongside product and engineering teams in an agile environment
