Senior Manager, Clinical Outsourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Partner Outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize study level contracts and change orders in partnership with key functions
• Lead contracting and commercial management of complex clinical studies and negotiate with CROs and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while driving operational support and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced technical degree or certifications preferred
• 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research environment
• Proven experience in clinical procurement, contract management, or supplier relationship management
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
• Experience in contract negotiations, financial analysis, and budget management
