Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain

Job Summary

Managing drug supply activities for clinical studies, the full-time Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain will develop supply plans, oversee inventory management, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Clinical Supply Chain on Clinical Study Teams and provide high service levels to internal stakeholders
• Create supply and inventory plans, monitor production schedules, and manage GMP inventory throughout the supply chain
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements related to drug supply while ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry
• Working knowledge of clinical supply best practices and experience in a cGMP environment
• Experience with IRT systems and developing supply strategies
• Proven ability to manage relationships with external supply partners and oversee daily activities for vendors
