Senior Manager Clinical Trials

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of clinical trials, the full-time Senior Manager Clinical Trials will oversee clinical operations staff, implement study protocols, and ensure effective site management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement clinical trial activities per study protocol and collaborate with investigative site personnel, CROs, and vendors
• Manage and coach clinical research staff and oversee study contracting, budgeting, and payment processes
• Design study-related documents and monitor clinical trial progress, providing status updates to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a relevant discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of clinical research experience with at least 3-5 years in a leading role managing clinical trials
• 2+ years of experience managing staff, with a preference for experience in managing CROs
• Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of clinical trials independently, including study design and site management
