Senior Manager, Cloud Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) and Customer Reliability Engineers (CREs)
• Own reliability outcomes across availability, performance, security, and compliance, and lead incident response strategies
• Drive automation initiatives and oversee infrastructure scalability and resiliency across Microsoft Azure

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in software engineering and/or production systems engineering within a SaaS environment
• 3-5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, system design, and troubleshooting complex production environments
• Experience operating in Microsoft Azure environments and Linux environments
• Strong scripting capability (Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go) and mastery of production monitoring and observability tools
