Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Content Performance & Coding Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a high-performing team of Content Policy Managers and Analysts
• Research and resolve policy defects and inquiries from clients and colleagues
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and maintain coding compliance across policy libraries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of claims workflows and medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Experience with regulatory policies and performance improvement processes
• Proficient in using modern communication and documentation tools
