Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Coding Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and service oversight for the medical coding customer experience
  • Partner with customers to identify improvement opportunities and address service issues
  • Monitor customer trends and performance indicators to guide service improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in a business environment with cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience in medical coding or related healthcare operations
  • CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA preferred
  • Experience leading and developing teams
