Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and service oversight for the medical coding customer experience
- Partner with customers to identify improvement opportunities and address service issues
- Monitor customer trends and performance indicators to guide service improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a business environment with cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience in medical coding or related healthcare operations
- CPC and/or CCS certification from AAPC or AHIMA preferred
- Experience leading and developing teams
