Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Collaboration & Messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, implementation, and service management of IT collaboration and messaging services
• Manage various collaboration platforms ensuring their availability and up-to-date status
• Build and develop a global team while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 to 12 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in management of collaboration and messaging services
• Experience in building and managing productive teams and implementing projects in messaging and document storage applications
• Strong background in vendor management and integrated client experiences
• Proven ability to engage with IT and business customers effectively
