Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Collections and Recoveries Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the collections and recoveries strategy roadmap across delinquency and charged-off portfolios
• Own and optimize net recovery performance while balancing return, cost, and customer experience
• Lead complex initiatives across various departments to ensure delivery of quantifiable business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in collections or recoveries strategy within financial services or fintech
• Proven experience owning strategy and driving portfolio-level decisions impacting financial outcomes
• Experience managing and developing at least one direct report
• Strong understanding of collections/recoveries economics
• Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes through influence in cross-functional initiatives
