Key Responsibilities

Drive the strategic data and analytics roadmap for the Commercial organization
Deliver insights from data to enhance market mix modeling and spending portfolio reallocation
Lead and coach the Commercial Analytics & Insights team to provide actionable insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in a quantitative field with at least 8 years of experience
Ability to lead analysts in complex analyses or analytical tool design
Expert user of business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Looker and PowerBI
Proficiency with Excel and SQL, Python, or other database programming languages
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments across multiple commercial workstreams
