Job Summary

Leading the Commercial Contracts team, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercial Contracts will provide contract support to the Sales team, manage contract workflows, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while working remotely from the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the contracts workflow, including deal structuring, drafting, redlining, and negotiating various commercial and government contracts
  • Accountable for contract KPIs and metrics, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and productivity
  • Act as an advisor for Sales, Finance, and internal departments on contractual requirements and collaborate on internal projects
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team, preferably in contracts
  • Strong knowledge of contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation within the medical device or healthcare industry
  • Experience in pricing analysis and contract deal structuring
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma
