Job Summary
To design and deliver a strategic, outcomes-focused Commercial Education program, the fully remote Senior Manager Commercial Education will equip sales representatives with the knowledge to effectively sell the value of the Joints portfolio, including coaching field teams and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of a commercial education strategy and create competency frameworks for sales and clinical teams
- Design and deliver various training formats, including live workshops and digital learning modules, focusing on clinical and selling competencies
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze feedback to prioritize educational offerings and ensure alignment with business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in Joints Reconstruction, including marketing, sales, or clinical education
- Strong clinical expertise in joint arthroplasty
- Experience leading projects or initiatives in a cross-functional environment
- Proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting applications
