Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Commercial Finance, Consumer Packaged Goods (Multi-Practice).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the P&L for the combined business, including revenue ownership and expense management
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, improving forecast accuracy and insights on business trends
• Prepare reporting packages and analyses for business partners and senior leadership, focusing on variance drivers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations, Investment Banking, or Consulting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related business field; MBA preferred
• Strong commercial finance skills with experience in revenue forecasting and P&L management
• Advanced analytical capabilities and high proficiency in Excel
• Experience with CRM and financial planning systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and NetSuite, preferred
