Senior Manager, Commercial Finance

Job Summary

To support a disciplined commercial finance function, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercial Finance will manage revenue forecast integrity, enforce margin governance, and act as a financial partner to General Managers and Business Unit leaders in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own revenue pipeline validation and conversion assumptions while partnering with Sales and GMs to challenge forecast inputs
• Establish and enforce contribution margin thresholds, reviewing significant deals pre-contract to prevent margin erosion
• Act as a financial challenger in commercial discussions, elevating structural risks and escalating material issues through defined governance processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial finance or a related field
• Strong understanding of revenue forecasting and margin governance
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in Pricing, FP&A, and Accounting
• Ability to analyze and codify pricing exception processes and documentation standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
