Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A

Job Summary

To support the Commercial Centers of Excellence, the remote Senior Manager, Commercial FP&A will lead OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management while providing financial insights and decision support to enhance resource allocation and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management for the Commercial Centers of Excellence
• Serve as a finance partner to CoE leaders, providing insights and support for effective management of spend and priorities
• Drive process design, improvement, and automation across Commercial OPEX planning and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or corporate finance within a complex, multinational organization
• Strong understanding of OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Proven ability to design and automate finance processes and reporting
• Experience supporting annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and business reviews
