Senior Manager, Commercial Operations
Job Summary
Owning the financial and commercial integrity of the CX engagement portfolio, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercial Operations will manage project-level financial governance, review Statements of Work (SOWs) for commercial soundness, and partner with finance teams to ensure financial discipline through delivery while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure commercial soundness of SOWs, including fee structures and payment terms
- Conduct project-level P&L reviews and maintain the monthly financial close process for Consulting Delivery
- Act as the commercial reviewer for non-standard SOW terms and support revenue forecasting and deal structuring
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in professional services finance, project controllership, or consulting operations, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15) related to services engagements
- Demonstrated ability to assess SOWs and commercial contract terms hands-on
- Proven track record of managing project-level P&L and margin analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
