Job Summary
Seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager, Commercial Sales, this remote full-time position will manage a team of Account Executives, drive high-performance sales execution, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance segment performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and individual contributions
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve productivity, sales execution, and cross-functional alignment
- Coach and develop team members to enhance outbound strategy and performance management
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading full-cycle SaaS sales teams in a high-growth environment
- 10+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with a proven record of exceeding goals
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and improving conversion rates
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment on go-to-market strategies
- High executive presence and exceptional communication skills
