Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Commercial Strategy & Performance Optimization-Essentials (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support and define commercial standards, performance frameworks, and success metrics for brand execution
• Translate brand intent and commercial strategy into measurable performance expectations
• Monitor performance trends and partner cross-functionally to align priorities and drive accountability

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or data and analytics experience, preferably with limited-service brands
• Experience working with multiple brands is preferred
• Self-starter with strong knowledge across multiple Commercial functions such as Sales, Revenue, and Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business required
• Proficient in computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
