Senior Manager, Commercial Systems

Job Summary

Managing and optimizing commercial technology platforms, the remote Senior Manager, Commercial Systems will focus on CRM administration, oversee the development and integration of tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Systems roadmap, including CRM (Salesforce) and other technology tools
• Manage ongoing development and optimization of the Salesforce platform to enhance sales effectiveness
• Lead a small team of Salesforce administrators and coordinate with external vendors on system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial strategy with a strong technology component
• Proven ability to define requirements and oversee delivery of systems projects
• Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with ERP systems and cross-platform integrations
• Senior Manager-level stakeholder management experience with Director/VP-level engagement
• Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Business preferred
