Senior Manager, Commercial Systems
Job Summary
Owning and evolving the commercial systems that drive EnableComp's go-to-market engine, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercial Systems will manage platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong while leveraging AI to enhance workflows and reduce manual tasks in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as platform owner for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Accord, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize the systems roadmap and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Lead the development of AI-assisted workflows and automations to streamline operations across the commercial organization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial/RevOps context
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Gong, and ideally Clay and/or Accord
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to build workflows and automate tasks
- Strong SQL/SOQL fluency and ability to translate business needs into data models
