Senior Manager, Commercialization

Job Summary

To support the commercialization of new products, the full-time Senior Manager, Commercialization will manage the transition of formulas from bench-top samples to full-scale production while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing capabilities align with product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the transition of new formulas through trials and production, ensuring processes are tailored to specific manufacturing equipment
• Act as a resource for the site-facing technical team, providing insights on production performance and troubleshooting issues
• Build collaborative relationships with co-manufacturer teams to maintain alignment on quality standards and production practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in both R&D/formulation scale-up and hands-on plant support, with a background in ingredient-supplier or contract manufacturing
• Knowledge of blending and processing equipment used in food, beverage, or nutritional products
• Direct experience with GFSI audits and food safety/quality documentation
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with manufacturing partners and manage difficult conversations effectively
