Senior Manager Community Impact

Job Summary

Leading community impact initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Community Impact will develop and manage employee giving and volunteering programs, execute strategic community engagement efforts, and build scalable global programs while fostering collaboration across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage employee giving and volunteering strategies, including events and communications
• Develop a Community Impact calendar to track key programs, campaigns, and milestones
• Build and scale global grantmaking and skills-based volunteering programs aligned with company mission

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 8-10 years of experience in community impact, nonprofit leadership, or related fields
• Proven ability to design, launch, and scale impactful programs that align with organizational values
• Strong program and project management capabilities with experience in performance evaluation
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and visualization
