Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation of market competitiveness for field compensation programs and recommend changes based on data and trends
- Oversee benchmark analyses for pay structures and incentive programs to ensure alignment with market positioning and internal equity
- Serve as the primary compensation advisor to Field HR Business Partners, providing guidance on pay decisions and program changes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience with compensation programs
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation is highly desirable
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
