Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead evaluation of market competitiveness for field compensation programs and recommend changes based on data and trends
  • Oversee benchmark analyses for pay structures and incentive programs to ensure alignment with market positioning and internal equity
  • Serve as the primary compensation advisor to Field HR Business Partners, providing guidance on pay decisions and program changes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive experience with compensation programs
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation is highly desirable
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
