Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, modeling, and administration of incentive compensation plans for CEG roles
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and CEG leadership to ensure compensation plans are competitive and aligned with business objectives
  • Manage annual compensation plan refresh cycles, including quota-setting methodology and plan communication
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, sales/revenue operations, or a related field
  • Experience in designing and administering incentive compensation programs for customer success organizations
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and senior business leaders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
