Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Complex Claims team to ensure productivity and performance
• Oversee revenue targets and enhance internal policies for efficiency
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Insurance adjuster or a Plaintiff's attorney specializing in personal injury or car accidents
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• At least 5 years of management experience in the healthcare revenue cycle field
