Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and champion the vision for the ethics and compliance program, including objectives and key results
• Enhance protocols for ethics-related violations and conflict of interest reports, ensuring transparency and accountability
• Design and implement a comprehensive compliance training strategy aligned with the global compliance program

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, risk management, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing ethics and compliance programs in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to ethics and compliance
• Experience working cross-functionally to align on ethics and compliance standards
• Ability to analyze complex issues and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
