Senior Manager, Connectivity Operations

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of a Connected Platform Operations capability, the fully remote Senior Manager, Connectivity Operations will establish a global Software Deployment and Monitoring Center of Excellence, ensuring performance, reliability, and cybersecurity of a connected surgical robotics platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale a global operating model for the OTTAVA platform, focusing on health, performance, and reliability
• Establish and lead a global Center of Excellence for software deployment and change control, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Implement real-time monitoring and predictive diagnostics using IoT and AI/ML to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, IT, or platform operations, particularly in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
• Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, DICOM) and medical device integration
• Expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and automation
• Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams on a global scale
