Senior Manager, Consulting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Management Consulting-Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of Customer Success accounts while managing a team of Customer Success Executives and Managers
• Drive customer outcomes leading to product adoption, renewals, and expansion of offerings
• Contribute to business planning and oversee operational aspects of the Customer Success portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Familiarity with healthcare and/or life sciences ecosystems and regulatory environments
• Experience in developing and scaling customer success frameworks
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage complex customer environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and understanding of technical workflows
