Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Professional Services (AEC) to lead and grow a consulting team for AEC customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a consulting team, focusing on high-performance culture and customer outcomes
• Drive team performance against key services metrics and ensure high-quality implementations
• Oversee consulting engagements, ensuring proper scoping, staffing, and governance for consistent delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading B2B software consulting or professional services teams
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing consulting or delivery teams
• Strong understanding of Professional Services performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience managing software implementation projects in fast-paced environments
