Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer & Consumer Program Deployment, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Territory Managers for market-level execution of customer engagement programs
• Oversee end-to-end deployment of consumer support programs and ensure alignment with commercial goals
• Integrate digital tools into operations and track program performance metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial execution or customer program leadership
• Proven experience managing and developing remote field teams
• Strong project management and strategic planning skills
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred
