Senior Manager, Content Creation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Content Creation and Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish operations-facing communications across various channels
• Maintain communications tools and governance standards, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Coordinate editorial workflows, including intake, reviews, approvals, and scheduling for distribution

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in communications, preferably in the hospitality industry, or 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related major
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms
• Proven ability to support editorial processes such as content intake and version control
• Experience in developing and deploying communications through enterprise tools
