• 12+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields
• 5+ years of people management experience leading content strategy teams
• Experience designing or leading conversational experiences, including AI-assisted interactions
• Proficiency with AI tools and workflows related to content creation
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
