Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of key initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce will enhance the contingent workforce program and support its expansion into the EMEA region while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion of initiatives
• Lead project activities for the expansion of the contingent labor program into the EMEA region, coordinating with various stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and MSP partners, facilitating business reviews and monitoring vendor performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience implementing, managing, or enhancing an MSP contingent workforce program
• Strong understanding of contingent labor operations and supplier management
• Prior experience managing a contingent worker program or expansion in EMEA
