Senior Manager, Contract Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Development, Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contracting strategy and execution for assigned national payer accounts, aligning with brand and business objectives
• Own the end-to-end contract development process in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide clear insights to senior leadership on account dynamics, pricing considerations, and contract recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of sales & marketing operations experience, or equivalent experience with a Master's, Bachelor's, Associate's, or high school diploma
• Advanced degree preferred (i.e. MBA or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience solving complex business problems and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to read and understand complex legal contract documents
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales and marketing experience
