Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contracts and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead contract development, negotiation, and risk review while ensuring compliance with donor and organizational requirements
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the organization's compliance framework and support policy development
• Devise and deliver training on compliance procedures to promote consistent application of standards across teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
• Significant experience in contract management or compliance, preferably in a global nonprofit context
• Experience in establishing procurement and compliance systems in complex environments
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement ethics, and risk management principles
• Ability to convey complex compliance topics clearly to diverse audiences
