Senior Manager, Contracts Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Contracts & Subcontracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract life cycle for complex U.S. Government Prime Contracts and subawards
• Provide expert leadership in subcontract source selection and award across various acquisition strategies
• Support government audits and serve as the primary expert for contractual issues and resolutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (minimum of seven years in U.S. Government Contracts)
• Preference for knowledge of FAR, HHSAR, and DFARS agency supplements
• Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management and standard contract terms
• Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
• Understanding of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and associated compliance requirements
