Senior Manager, Contracts Management

Job Summary

To support a dynamic Contracts team, the remote Senior Manager, Contracts Management will lead technology projects focused on CLM readiness, system selection, and implementation while mentoring junior staff and enhancing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the lead project manager for implementation projects, managing schedules, budgets, and client communications
• Assess contracting processes and technology, providing recommendations and facilitating workshops to gather client requirements
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and change management efforts to ensure successful technology deployment and user adoption

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry, specifically in legal technology assessments and implementations
• Proven experience with contracting tools and familiarity with systems such as Agiloft, Ironclad, or similar
• Four-year degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of IT implementation methodologies, including agile and waterfall
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously
