Senior Manager, Copay Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager - Program Operations - Copay.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee appointed coordinating center projects to meet company objectives
• Provide overall management and leadership of appointed projects, ensuring effective support for associates
• Serve as a client contact with external entities and assist in project-related documentation and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Experience in program design and implementation & account management of 3 Party Manufacturer Copay Programs required
• Proven administrative experience in a customer service-related field
• Previous management experience related to customer service, preferably in copay programs for specialty pharma
• Computer skills with specific aptitude in Microsoft Office
