Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Development for a full-time remote position in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify strategic growth opportunities and market sectors of interest
Lead business case development for growth opportunities and drive execution in M&A and strategic investment processes
Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions and investment opportunities

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree required; MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate development, or private equity/venture capital
Experience in technology and software industry preferred
Successful track record in transaction execution and deal closing
International transaction experience valued
