Key Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition and investment targets, developing business cases through market analysis
• Lead end-to-end M&A processes, including evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning
• Develop post-acquisition integration plans to maximize synergies and enhance product offerings

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or venture capital within the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, business, statistics, or economics; MBA preferred
• Proven track record of leading successful acquisitions with a focus on product-driven outcomes
• 2+ years of product management experience in AI-driven companies, particularly in B2B SaaS
• Depth of experience in AI/ML domain with understanding of AI-driven product strategy
