Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Development (Execution & Integration).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of corporate development transactions, including acquisitions and partnerships
• Coordinate cross-functional diligence efforts and manage transaction timelines
• Lead post-signing integration efforts and develop detailed integration workplans

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
• Demonstrated experience executing M&A or strategic transactions
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of food manufacturing economics and supply chains
• Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
