Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Corporate Development (M&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A execution by building financial models, coordinating due diligence, and supporting deal structures
• Research markets and develop a pipeline of strategic acquisition targets aligned with company priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and facilitate integration planning

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills with hands-on deal experience
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare preferred
• Familiarity with post-merger integration and healthcare regulatory considerations preferred
